[FFA] The Real way to get better?

Lately i have been playing alot of FFA and noticed that the skill level is much better then most of the team stuff. I learned quickly that stealth and silence is very important along with aim and reflex. I would love to open up the discussion to see what other feel is the best way or style to get better.
